Lightwood has been successfully trading as property developers for over eleven years and we continue to do so. We are pleased to now launch a new arm to our business, Lightwood Agency, which is independent from the main company and specialises in land sale and acquisitions.
Over the years we have been involved in many complex transactions either buying or selling land with planning consents for land owners or property developers in conjunction with our core business.
We know from experience that land transactions are always complex and it helps to have an experienced team on side when negotiating the financial terms of a deal and as importantly the contract itself. We have found that winning the planning consent is very often just the tip of the iceberg.
This area of the industry is a specialism in itself and involves complex negotiation, legal expertise and of course a stable of well funded buyers and a stock of land.
We pride ourselves on being able to deliver offers to land owners quickly and effectively and in an open manner.
